I understand showing a CGI trailer before gameplay but not the opposite. Do they think we'd be satisfied with a CGI trailer instead of more gameplay? Are they trying to hide something? And no that 30 second clip is not the same as seeing actual gameplay.
They are doing gameplay behind closed doors, but apparently people arent allowed to film and it wont be shown online? I'm really hoping someone films it anyway

So the Journalists will see a Gameplay thing (in the same style as the previous one). They talk about it for a week, people go frantic online discussing it, drawing more attention to the issue.
Then they release the Gameplay, and get another huge surge of discussion and free publicity a week or so after the main E3 storm.
They are going to release a clean cut of the gameplay demo they are showing behind closed doors at the conference. Chill my dude, the conference hasn't even started yet.
