Every Healer that doesn't DPS, and every WHM that doesn't use Regen hardly at all so they can dps more, makes me sad though.

Not only does it have subdued special effects, it will also do the worst personal damage and it's also heavily based on RNG and proc tracking. In a month a good DNC will be just as hard to find as a good NIN.

in 24 mans you only really need 1 tank most of the time, plus you're forgetting the damage nerf in Shield Oath.
