It's apparently low key the explanation why there is an influx of monsters in his universe, there's something mystical happening where you become the ultimate version of what you want the most. You can combo him all day and throw him around but he never gets hurt or knocked out and will complement or chastise you based on how long you're able to juggle and combo him. Set the AI to attack and he'll always one-shot you if you get hit.

His power is when he attains momentum, his stride cannot be stopped by any outside force regardless of how powerful it is. Thing is, he's not even going all that fast compared to most supers. All Saitama would have to do is dodge once and strike the moment Juggs stops his momentum to turn around.
