deus ex had the story to back it up. we don't know much about CP2077
>open world current gen trash
Deus Ex had a dark, rainy, gritty, neon-filled city.
Did you even play the game?
There was no rain and barely any neon, also buildings weren't skyscrapers like you expect in cyberpunk genre
Shit game
it will never be night time in cyberpunk, the corps force the sun to be out now
implying there will never be foggy nights in the highest population center in game
>This one had a pistol AND this one had a pistol
>They're practically the same game
>WUH HUH??
i don't have proof but i'm pretty certain there is rain in deus ex. i think when you show up to the graveyard place? can't remember
>what was New York
>what was Hong Kong
bait harder
There were no sun-shiny areas in Deus Ex. I don't care what's realistic. I don't want to play a dystopian future setting with sunny environments. It ruins the immersion for me. Call me petty, whatever. It feels like shit.
Second post nails it.
Deus Ex is hub world goodness
Cyberpunk 2077 is open world trash
That's the main difference that is worthy of note
>I don't want to play a dystopian future setting with sunny environments. It ruins the immersion for me. Call me petty, whatever. It feels like shit.
So how did you watch GITS series or play later deus ex games?
No it didn't. Did YOU even play the game?
Dark and grainy, maybe, but certainly not neon-filled. There was an almost dieselpunkishness to Deus Ex, kind of like Escape from L.A.
replay it faggot.
Both barely have neon, no rain and no cyberpunk city skyscrapers
Your point?
so Africa can't be dystopia
download a fog mod day 2
yeah ok pal
Hong Kong was full of neon
Deus Ex came out in 2000, it's 20 years later we expect some kind of progress to happen in that time.
?
Night City. Home.
>No rain
>One part of one level that had a lot of variety.
KYS.
>Full of neon.
Less than I saw in the gameplay video last year.
I seen more neon in a run down bar, this is pathetic amount of neon for a cyberpunk game
if throwing every existing conspiracy theory and then some at a wall to see what stick is considered a story
Granted they got a bunch right, but the story feels like the game spins you around 20 times, slaps you in the face and then gives you a gun and screams GO! GO! GO! FUCKING GO! while you sprint forward
deus ex was always shit
only dumb zoomers think it was ever good
no, it doesnt
