Gameplay is pretty shallow, but you can expect that from a musuo. Somehow, it still requires a fair bit of grinding. But catching a bunch of enemies in your super attacks and seeing that combo number rise is a real cheap dopamine hit.

Its possible to beat wrecking racing legit but yeah, its hard as the a.i scores points no matter what you do. Alternatively drive backwards on the first 2 tracks of each division and rack up enough points that you can score nothing for the rest of the races and still win.

I don't know the differences with Drift, and I haven't put much hours into Zero. But as a fan of the night time racing, it's fun.
Beware of the currency error, due to in-game price conversions between Yen and USD, the US version of Zero is very grindy to get money.

Yep - game is entirely based around the player car completing laps for a race to finish. As long as you don't get wrecked the a.i will lap forever and there is no penalty at all for going the wrong way. The first track in the first division (pine hills raceway) can net you upwards of 700 points if you keep clipping the a.i as they scream down the straight and spin out.

Stock car racing is pretty fucking hard as that can't be cheesed.
