>look up leaders in Civ 6 out of curiosity
>half of them are literal who women
I'm laughing my ass off. It makes sense to have Cleopatra, Victoria, etc. but how is the Civ community okay with the rest of these?
Look up leaders in Civ 6 out of curiosity
sweden got their probably most hated ruler in history
Its time us gamer's took a stand......
Korea was seething after their leader was announced
>Jew owned games a rewriting history
Noooo
She's loved by Catholics desu
She is the one who made me make this thread. A bunch of African female rulers, whatever, it wasn't likely I was gonna know who it was if they picked the most popular male ruler. But Sweden? I don't even know that much Swedish history and I can name a few viking kings and 4 kings from after 1600.
Would had liked someone like Margrethe I of Denmark. Melisendre Rethel of Jerusalem or Matilda of Tuscany.
Instead we got some of the worst options
wtf no way i hate women
sweden fought against catholics and her father died a hero in that war
she spat on his grave and legacy
All I want is Olga of Kiev to burn my enemies as with both nuclear and actual fire.
>Cleopatra
Sure.
>Victoria.
FUCK no. While the Monarchy may have had more influence and respect back in the day policy was driven by the Prime Minister and the ruling party.
She saw the light, Catholics were right. The way of the epicurian was the only true way to live a happy, productive life.
Also, I'm 90% sure her being a lesbian had something to do with her being chosen for the game.
>r/gamingcirclejerk
>us gamers
I'm aware of that, but she is a good representation of the United Kingdom still. She's one of the most popular figureheads in history.
>Kristina
>Not based
Pick 1
Civ 6 is based, you historylets.
didn't her mother hate her for being an ugly dyke?
Kristina is pretty well known, all and all. Mostly because of how weird her reign was.
You're confusing her story for yours.
And her post-reign. The notion that contemporaries didn't love her is /pol/ rewriting at its best; people were ecstatic when she first returned to Stockholm after abdicating. But then she got involved in a bunch of scandals and was exiled proper, living out her last days always wishing she would be welcome home one day.
>queen of BOTH england and france
in reality was neither, only queen consort
her actual highest REAL titel was duchess
But at least the part about cities entering revolt and then joining her empire due to having the Odyssey in Paris was true, right?
