While I expect N. Brio to be in and maybe Komodo Moe I wouldn't get my hopes too high with Tawna, Trophy Girls and specially Koala Kong.

Koala Kong was by all means replaced by Tiny Tiger as the oversized muscle guy, as soon Tiny Tiger came into scene Koala Kong was but forgotten by Naughty Dog in all of their remaining games and not even referenced to, so I don't have much hopes to see Beenox recover an otherwise forgotten character that got replaced by a staple of the series such as Tiny Tiger.

Evil Crash is just a regular Crash Bandicoot but from a dimension where he turned out to be more evil than the Crash we know of

Fake Crash at first it was just a reference to the bootleg Crash Bandicoot merchandise that was around in Asia in Crash Bandicoot 3 and later put as a secret character for the giggles in CTR, on the GBA games they gave him some backstory by being a failed Crash Bandicoot clone of shorts.

Part of the value in being able to recognize characters by general silhouette is that it takes the guesswork out of understanding what kind of stats they have.
Team Fortress 2 takes it to the extreme with its aesthetic design but the general archetype design of big = fast and small = nimble is useful when you have a shitton of different characters to look at and don't have time to really guess. It's a racing game so it's still all just "go fast" but it can influence how you throw weapons at them.
