people who sperg about fighting games generally talk about hitboxes, different kinds of specific attacks (upper, lower, strong, weak) and that kind of mechanical skill required for normal fighting games seems like it would be totally lost in a directly controlled VR fighting game, where you can do something as off animation as laying down and fucking. i don't play fighting games, but this was a little distracting. they didn't seem like they were super serious about the game so it's believable that they wouldn't care about the experience changing that significantly. but I imagine if this shit came about they're would be fan boycotts from people who wouldn't want to play without being able to use an arcade stick.

It can 1/4th happen now w/ VR, we just wont get full control like they do, or get full feeling, just first person control.
