Freezer Man has one of the most fluid and creative attack pattern I have ever seen in a videogame.

What I love about it is how fair it is in spite of its difficulty. He throws a lot of attacks at you, but they're all very deliberate so it's on you if you get hit.
Not to mention he's got some neat secrets to him as well. Like Skull Man, try standing perfectly still at the start of his fight. Or hitting him with his own weapon in the Wily rematch.
