why?
what problem is it tryin 2 solve
Is Opera a good browser?
The problem of Firefox accidentally disabling your add-ons (already happened) and Chrome intentionally disabling your ad-blockers (soon).
IT IS A GAMER BROWSER FOR GAMERS LIKE US
DRINK MOUNTAIN DEW
>gaming browser
lmao
>opera
sheeeit. These guys were fucking based back in the day when I had dialup. Their browser was fucking god tier.
firefox always forgets to reup their certificates so every tuesday your ethernet port is left gaping for all the viruses to rip ur shit
chrome is making ads built in
opera has always been for us gamers but they just didnt have the funding
>firefox always forgets to reup their certificates so every tuesday your ethernet port is left gaping for all the viruses to rip ur shit
that's literally not how the internet works
and yet firefox finds a way
>gaming browser
>gaming browser made my opera which is just another reskinned google blink browser claiming to be "better"
wew
Yeah, it unironically is. It's like Firefox before it got all faggy and shitty, and it doesn't have the spyware of Chrome.
what's the difference wtf
What's this garbage.
I like the aesthetic though.
Truly, the Todd Howard of browsers.
beware, opera software is an advertising company owned by Beijing Kunlun Tech and Qihoo 360
They chose the absolute worst time to announce this considering Stadia actually has streaming games through Chrome.
What the fuck is this? For playing flash games? I dont understand
I guess extremely lightweight(not taking too much RAM/processing power).
opera does what chrwon't
Would rather be harvested by Chinks than Jewgle
Brave is where its at
This haves nothing to do with cloud gaming, Stadia would use Chrome as its owned by Google.
Considering Flash officially dies next year, it would be good to have a browser optimized for WebGL, hopefully we get another golden era of browser games
Opera is legit a great browser, easily one of the best. However they've been very slow to catch up to what it once was, i.e. before they switched to Chromium based.
Vilvaldi is where it's at. Made by some old Opera devs, got way more features, some of which I found essential back in Opera 12 but which haven't carried over (yet). Sadly, it appears it has issues with large amounts of tabs compared to Opera (not an issue for most people, I just tend to open fucktons of tabs). Haven't confirmed this 100% yet.
I don't really know what a "gaming browser" is supposed to achieve, though.
Finally, a browser for the rest of us.
I like Opera when I don't want Jewgle to know what kinda illegal shit I'm up to and don't want to use as much resources as Firefox does.
Palemoon or pyre
>It's just a browser with a default black theme and integrated twitch chat/video
>built-in Telegram WhatsApp and Messenger sidebar
>built-in ad block
>built-in VPN
>built-in crypto wallet
>almost no memory use compared to Firefox and Chrome
Why haven't you changed to best browser?
Apu isn't a browser
>Chrome intentionally disabling your ad-blockers (soon).
That's coming to all chromium based browsers.
what bowser?
Source?
I just wish you could drag tabs to new windows in private browsing on Vilvaldi.
Really?
>Why yes, I do use the Opera Gaming Browser, how could you tell?
>gaming browser
just no
is this operas way to come back from extinction.
i like their browser, use the mobile one on my phone but this is just weird
