How the fuck am I supposed to play this game smoothly on a 3440x1440 resolution?
Game keeps on microstuttering, and the pipboy's user interface is all fucked up, the text and boxes overlap each other, resulting in a buggy mess.

That's the point of the quest, it's not the reward but the journey that matters. The reward is shit and the whole thing is built up on the expectation of you getting something worth out of it only to learn the reward is garbage in the end. The point is to have fun collecting shit you happen across the mojave and it's completely optional. Bypassing it just to get the shitty reward makes even less sense than doing the quest just for the reward.

Lucky Shades is OP in NV because of its effect when you have Four Eyes, with Four Eyes, Lucky Shades gives +3 PER, this means that, that one article of clothing gives a net 3 SPECIAL points, only comparable to Mobius' glasses, but Mobius' glasses being useful would require you kneecapping your INT, which isn't a great idea for the early game if you're minmaxing, whereas the Lucky Shades allow you to minmax with no issue whatsoever.

Light armor is just better because of all the crit stuff you stack but god damn it's cookie cutter. Especially when they're trying to show off the super cool OC waifu in the same fucking boone's beret, lucky shades and either the HH or LR completion armor.

don't pick the four eyes perk then.

What mods disable windowed mode? for some fucking reason, my game just doesn't go windowed mode no matter what, even with all mods deactivated. I'm using MO2 and I did tweak both inis to disable fullscreen and nothing happened

The Boone's Beret, Lucky Shades, Ulysses' Duster virgin vs. the chad Combat Helmet Reinforced Mk 2, Rebreather, Remnant's Power Armor chad.

Why would you look up builds at all? The weapon you choose to use will ultimately do more to change your playstyle than your stats. The game is both well and poorly balanced enough that you'd have to try to make a bad build, so looking up the most minmaxed build is only going to give you something that makes an easy game easier.

Pick one. I just wanted to know about good energy weapons so I know where to cap my strength. If you read up on all the weapons you're basically a minmaxer anyway even if you voluntarily waste points on int past 4. I made my own perk choices like rad child and atomic making you invincible with only a minor debuff.

If you want C L A S S I C weapons get the mod for exactly that. It's textures and some of the looks are jank, but that fits, overall. It's probably the only mod I'd actually bother installing for weapons because all the others are too fancy.

Just use xEdit to remove references to weapons you don't want WRP to affect, then manually delete the meshes/textures, you get to keep the good shit and fill in the rest with other texture mods (Not that there are many weapon retextures)

I'm trusting the AI to not be too "original" and the AI has the stamina to go through all of the textures.

There is a ini setting on the stutter remover posts page by redmaxblower, his settings seem to work for a lot of people, if none of that works, then your issues could be system related.

I stay away from most quest mods because they are usually poorly-designed and amateurish to the point that they break immersion.

Yes, you need to install WMIM first and then overwrite it with WRP (no problems here WRP was updated only to work with WMIM) then you should install EVE and overwrite WMIM.
No issues and no patch needed.
The only problem here is WMIM mesh fixes for Plasma/Laser weapons will not show up because EVE uses his own meshes, not a big deal to be honest.

Equipment can't really be replaced exactly, but there are plenty of weapon mods that don't bust leveled lists.
