I've seen a couple zoomers defend sonic 06 a couple months ago. Everyone laughed at them as they should but it was still really weird to see.

Zoomer here. Funny thing is, I thought Sonic 06 was a good game as a kid, and just thought I sucked and that I wasn't playing well enough and that the invisible walls were me breaking the game by being this bad at playing it. Then I replayed it years later and realised it was garbage. I was roughly 8 when I played the game. I can see how someone that hasn't replayed the game could think it was good.
