I'd say so, I loved it. Slow start but picks up pretty soon after some missions, I even went for the platinum and I have the attention spam of a yoghurt so I don't usually spend that long on a game unless I really enjoy it. I loved it personally. Story and characters are great too

You have to get past the first region in order for it to really pick it up.
YES, it has a lot of technical issues, but it really DOES pick up.
I paid full price and I didn't regret it at all.
Again, I'm not saying it's perfect, so you Xbox/Nintendo fans can chill the fuck out, but it still serves as a good 7/10 game.
