As someone with so much anxiety, this is false. I would always think how a conversation would go like as many times as possible before talking to someone. I once manage to even walk up and down a flight of stairs more than a few times just because I was afraid talking to a fucking teacher. Like a normal teacher. And that's when I just want to ask for a form that I didn't get in class.
