- VOX's Carlos Maza has a history of calling for physical assault, yet gets mad when a comedian attacks him, proving his hypocrisy.
- He stated that he is still as sensitive to public scrutiny as he was during high school days, yet he took on a job whose main objective and result is public scrutiny, proving his inconsistent mentality.
- He states that public scrutiny should come only in certain forms that appeal to his comfort just like how teachers and principals during his high school filtered the classroom, proving that he's detached from reality which isn't in a high school setting. This also implies mental stagnation.
- VOX has a history of fake information, framing, misdirection and misinformation which can lean the Demos into a bad path that can endanger the lives of the targets of misdirection, yet he whines accuses other parties of the same problems despite working for this company further proving his hypocrisy and lack of cognitive integrity.
- VOX has monetary injections from questionable private parties and support from NBC and is one of the very few entities surviving with the type of content they create compared to gawker, univision, salon, etc. and it is in their interest to see the independent creators rammed into the ground. Carlos Maza is a perfect chess piece for that despite his denial, and his denial either means he's too stupid to know this which is inaccurate, too full of himself to believe that he could be a chess piece which is a possibility, or perfectly aware of the hypocrisy of everything he's done and said so far when the company he works for is put into limelight regarding its past history and operation. The last one is the most probable, showcasing that his integrity is in the toilet both as a person and a "journalist".

- To feed into the above regarding his person, he accuses YouTube of taking advantage of LGBT people, which is something we can agree on regarding any corporation. Yet he acts as if he isn't doing so himself right now when he is damaging thousands of LGBT creators who are barely paying their bills via YouTube to satisfy his personal scuffle with a comedian, and has the gal to call on those same LGBT people to be his personal army and lick his boot as he fancies himself some kind of LGBT Jesus. VOX in the meantime is also guilty of the same accusations he tosses at YouTube and he keeps working for them while in denial.

So to wrap it up: He damages many LGBT people to satisfy personal butthurt with a comedian while accusing a host entity of corruption despite working for one such entity himself, and still has the gal to call on those LGBT people to follow him like some Jesus despite running them into the ground and not caring about the wider damage of his choices, all while being used as a chess piece by his own corrupt employer to resolve monetary competition while in denial of it due to lacking integrity. Any way I look at it he's an evil and corrupt pile of dirt.
