The xbox have similar/more powerful specs and Microsoft are designing xbox games so that when devs code one game for xbox it'll work on PC by default without having to change the code like the executable and filenames will be identical across PC and xbox.

Unless they plan on selling the console at a massive loss and hope PS+ subs and game sales make up the difference. I play PC games too, I won't deny there are pluses to PC. It's more convenient and more flexibility. Anime censorship or lack thereof is not one of them. There are games only on the PS4 that I enjoyed, and for the multiplats it's not a huge difference between the two.
