Nate switches between three yokai just like Pokemon Trainer. Difference is all three yokai are bundled up but switching just changes the focused one in the middle. Switching changes moveset while the other two provide buffs as time passes.
Megaman.exe has a system like Shulk but with battle chips that can stack. Custom gauge at the bottom which determines when you can switch battle chips again. You can stack certain chips for program advances. His recovery is airshoes which allows him to walk horizontally in the air, but he has no vertical recovery.
Nate launches with patch 4.0. Megaman.exe launches with patch 5.0. Character balance changes will become scarce after 5.0. That being said, 4.0 will be a big fighter patch as it will adjust a lot of move's hitstun and adjusting the launch distance of a vast majority of the casts' bair, nair, and ftilts leading up to more tech chase situations. 5.0 will deal with any arising issues from the changes of 4.0 and then balance won't be as big of a focus anymore. You'll know this is true when a crane game game mode is presented somewhere during the E3 direct, and when Olimar's shield doesn't get fixed under fighter adjustments in the update provided right after the direct.
I know this is in english, but i still cant understand a single thing you wrote there

If you want to know about any fighter changes, then ask for that specific character. There's still a lot of things that are being tested, but I can give information in regards to the direction we're trying to take with that character. 3.1 was the first patch to take player interaction into consideration (online complaints/advice from experienced players). Previous patches were pulled out of the staff's buttholes.

I'm from Taiwan so that's probably why my English is so shit. If you want something cleared up then I can try my best to explain it better.

>Megaman.exe Please OP it hurts. Don't play with my heart. I'm already suffering from crippling depression.

>i work in game balance That isn't a real job outside of specifically TCGs. I've looked for them.

Don't bring back a character whose arc has been concluded.

Didn't you post this same leak a few weeks ago? Also, if they were gonna add a Yo-kai rep they'd just add Jibanyan, not Keita.

I've been discussing game balance in my free time since I was ten years old and I have a background in optimization, so I figured it'd be a good fit. Also could potentially segue into a directorial position, which is obviously "the dream".
Big if true. but Megaman.EXE Would make me so fucking happy I fucking love the battle network series and if, against all odds, he is added in as DLC, I would lose my voice out of excitement. And this increases the chances of a new battle network game from -5% to 5%

Don't worry, user. The 4.5 patch is coming out this year.
