nothing because you're not going to play it

Easy money by making a Merchant Repiplic serve you.

On a coastline: Give a county to a Town mayor, then a duchy.

Bam, free money with none of the responsibility.

Make sure to upgrade towns in castles and churches, not as much as a city, but still substantial.

>churches
>substantial
in what world?
at least cities have universities that give you tech points

>you're not going to play it
yes I am

It all adds up in the end. Also make them your friends otherwise you get low to nil.

no it doesn't
they don't give you shit

Yes, they do.

>29.19 from cities
>6.39 from churches
thanks for proving yourself wrong

>have started this game up like 10 times
>always get overwhelmed by the amount of options and give up
How the FUCK do I get into this game?

Incest, traitorous whoresons and glory

Just play the game and have fun bro

just be urself

They give you taxes that add up to a bigger total. How is this hard for you to understand.

You can't just tear down churches, so you make the most of it and increase their taxes through law.

what are you doing here then

finding out what I'm in for

Post screenshot of current game.

You're in for a glorious night of autism. The Game of Thrones mod is a fun way to learn the game I find. I know more about Westeros than Europe and there's less mechanics involved.

I haven't started yet.
give me 10 minutes

Nice.

>I know more about Westeros than Europe
This is kinda sad

game crashed

As your domain grows, make sure all of your vassals have a positive opinion of you.

Shame

Make sure your bishops like you more than the Pope and they will send you gifts of gold. Make sure you're on good terms with 3 of your 5 strongest vassals in case of a civil war. Don't be afraid to sling gold around as gifts, dole out minor titles, etc. It pays itself back because they invest it in buildings anyway.

These little events add a lot to the game, is stuff like this still in or did they patch it out?
