When you finish a level or defeat a boss you are rewarded with a sense of accomplishment. You press forward and keep playing the game and when you finish the game you feel fucking great.
This is why mobages are awful. It's a never ending videogame that has insurmountable challenges that preys into people with low impulse control and inhibition. That being said, yes, there is a sense of accomplishment and your brain rewards you. But it's no where near an orgasm.
