I figured out how to remove the terrible albino-blonde eyelashes and blonde eyebrows from all the Claire mods that force a blonde-hair ponytail on her. It still doesn't look very good though; it needs to be more the color of Annette's hair.
It seems like her eyebrows, eyelashes and the scruffy hairs of hair on the nape of her neck being pulled up into her ponytail all have to be the same color

Hopefully RE8, because if RE3R comes out first it'll only be because it's an outsourced piece of garbage or a rushed piece of garbage, or possibly both. I assume the RE7 people have not just been sitting on their asses these past two years so they should have a head start on RE8. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think either game has officially been announced.

Hey 4 was still scary and a good Resident Evil game. It was easy and not scary once you got good at it (just like every RE game), but the first time you played it was panic as those maniacal villagers rushed you from every angle and you tried to hide from a crazy chainsaw man. There were just so many of them and they threw axes and sickles at you. The game just kept getting more and more intense too with El Gigante and the lake monster, nighttime and the centipede-heads, dogs, the fucking castle, "morir es vivir", garradors etc
It was no less scary than RE3
