The only time I've ever been to GameStop is to see if they have any leftover SDCC merchandise and to taunt Pokemon pre-order holders with an early copy of the mainline games I get from a mom-and-pop store hat regularly breaks street date.

The only thing you need to worry about with credit cards is someone trying to fuck up your credit, but that is completely avoidable by having your credit frozen.
