Platforms are entirely fucking obvious, that is not even worth "predicting". It's going to be PC+Xbone+PS4 and possibly whatever new console is PS planning to release.

Release date: I'm going to take a blind stab and say Q2-3 2020.

My guess is they are waiting on next gen consoles but that’s still around 2 years away so they will probably release a downgraded version of it for ps4/xbox one and then release it fully enhanced when new consoles come out in 2021.

It will still play like shit with shitty animation taking priority over responsive controls. Eurojank Fallout 4.5 with extra disco.

That actually does not mean much. In AAA development - in case you somehow have not learned that over the last fucking ten years of constant reminders - early builds almost always look far better than the completed game. It's not just a matter of trickery or dishonesty, but it's a product of the simple development flow process. You aim as high as you can, and then you gradually make compromises, streamline, "downgrade" until the product is actually viable. In this respect AAA and small-scale development function basically opposite.
