Catch me if you can!
Catch me if you can!
FEEL THE POWER
>le tricky mrgrgr merchant
Tressa is for bullying with knowledge of what brothels are.
Mating press
This game is frustrating on multiple levels.
>tressa finds so much money lying around just by being in the party that you need her there even if she's worthless for anything besides giving away BP
>therion's stupid chests mean you have to do a runaround of the dungeon with him present first, before you can swap him out
>boss difficulty past lv35 is just "let me give myself ten turns and aoe party sweep attacks that do like 1000 damage"
how the fuck are you supposed to make any progress whatsoever in this fucking game? i cannot pass gareth or the snake in the quicksand cave or like ANY boss. it's just an absolute slog.
Learn what skills are actually useful. The game is pretty easy as long as you don't cripple yourself by not using them. Tressa's Hired Help for example can be very fucking good.
She bullied RED EYE using sidestep to the point that it looked less lie a hunt and more like some racist kids beating the black and bald kid…
This game is the proof that no Character interactions = retarded as fuck. The interest dropped to almost zero.
SORRY
Well then, how would you justify that the other 7 would stick around Primrose for her whole Vengeance crusade? Especially Alfynn who greatly values life and Tressa that is an innocent child.
Just the last chapter should have interactions.
I don't like that whoever is not in your party doesn't get EXP. Meaning I spend a lot of time having the grind
How? I played through the game twice and only had to grind for the hidden final boss.
there are XP and JP Share items in two separate sidequests which are super easy to acquire, the problem is you can't get those quests until finishing any TWO chapter 4 arcs. which is like 60+ hours in, minimum
it's way funnier to imagine tressa is just going along with the events of primrose's quest and does not actually understand anything that is happening.
they practically imply that, in fact
>sup i heard you were actually starting to enjoy the game, lemme fix that for you
The only dude I remember having trouble with is Miguel.
4 T U R N S
Or was it 5?
i think that's legit the boss i stopped playing at, after being sick of dying to gareth
Thank God for Leghold Trap.
Miguel and the wolf in the healers chapter 2
If we're also including optional bosses, there is another Wolf boss that was way harder than any story boss.
it just reaches a point where you're like 50 hours in and each new boss is just exponentially more tedious no matter how well prepared you are. the game exponentially increases the challenge so it never really feels like you are at a comfortable level to handle anything.
and you constantly have to go to the bar to change party members. why not just let us swap at save points? this will all probably get ironed out in octopath 2 but still, i wish they could have at least done some balance patches after launch. i pity the playtesters who had to QA this
>exponentially more tedious
The fuck you on about?
I had broken the game by chapter 4, (Without even the special jobs) and bosses went down like they were made of cardboard.
well i have robbed every item and found everything of worth gear-wise in all the places i am able to reach at Lv40, have all the sub-classes besides the Special jobs, and the best i can seem to come up with is ophilia as healer-mage doing an Aelfric charge and then doing buffed quadcasts. but that just deals with mobs, i have no clue how you're supposed to do more damage without so much set up
Debuff boss defence
Buff olberic
Break boss
Max boost olberic and use the final attack he learns.
You'll do like 40,000 in a single attack.
That's half the battle right there.
Tressa is cute AND funny!
all the cunning and money handling skills of a jew, but with none of the degeneracy or ego
>Tressa is worthless
He doesn't know
