Is the game any good? I played a few hours of it but never really got a feel for it. Just felt like another gta clone so I lost interest pretty quickly

i liked it. it was fun like the old gta's while having its own unique setting. combat was more enjoyable too.

First one is good, the missions kinda change shit up though some of the driving sections can only be called annoying shit. It's worth a playthrough and far more close to True Crimes than GTA.

Only big issue is the world is fairly dead once you complete the main mission and doesn't offer much in the way of enjoyment. I think my biggest gripe of the whole thing is just how unlike GTA where the story can pull the environment along the environment can feel dead without the story in Sleeping dogs.

The Hong Kong setting is the most interesting part about it
Don't know how it holds up today but it had great graphics at the time
The gameplay can be janky at times but generally it's enjoyable Bamham with guns

Yakuza Zero is vastly superior.

I dont' understand why Yea Forums loves this game so much. I thought it was kind of boring. I beat it in one day because I really love sandbox games. I feel Mad Max, Saints Row and the TASM games were a lot more fun than Sleeping Dogs, and those games are known to be the in the bottom barrel of the sandbox library. Was the meat of the game in the side quests? Because I completely avoided those.I only played the main quest and the DLC ones.

Yeah the driving, combat, and gunplay are all awful.

Combat wasn't that fun imo. It was the story and sim elements.

The player character karaoke singing Hit Me With Your Best Shot is better than the original song.

In case you didn't know Sleeping Dogs is flop and Dev got abandoned by SE long time ago

got the complete edition, post game is extremely boring more than any other game and dlc doesn't include main game items, which is retarded
