Watched the entire letsplay and it's essentially this WITH EVERY CHARACHTER.
You can, however, leave conversations much ealier then what audio was recorded for.
The playthrough I watched stayed for the loop of every Royland inprov word diarrhea. Some of the characters and interactions are funny, but for the majority annoying and badgering.
Would not play. 5/10
