Gives the player some of that RNG goodness, some of that "I see it and I want it" goodness, and makes the world feel more lively.

My question is if random encounters will include visable Pokémon roaming in the same tall grass. I could see them using visable Pokémon to illustrate "hey heres an example what you can catch here", but it'd also be really redundant when you could just catch the visable Pokémon.
