In the first case, Kazuya I guess? idk who's the protagonist of Tekken, but he's smoked. Devil Kazuya wouldn't job immediately, but he canNOT stand against the King.
In the second case I guess it'd be Geralt. Again, not a chance. But that'd be a sweet final cutscene kind of a situation. Geralt's biggest hunt, but it's just not humanly possible.

Solely because of the Thu'um, I imagine. If Gidorah is considered a dragon, than the dragonrend shout would nerf Gidorah down to shit levels. Like totally magic physics defying shit, as in the shout lowers his power so much that getting stomped on by him wouldn't do the correct newtons of force under normal circumstances. It's magic. I think Gidorah would still win, but there's an argument to be made.
