You play as a child in FO4 and have sex if you install the right mods. I made one for testing but I went back to my rapist male character so I could fuck the kids instead.
You can play as lolis in FO3 as well, but I never got sex mods to work with that game. NV theres a kids race but I never tested that, I just got the loli followers that comes with it.
