As someone who hasnt played since black/white, and has seen/remembers a lot of the gen 5/6/7 pokemon with disgust, I actually like all of these new pokemon except the legendaries, which look like trash

Corvinight, Wooloo, and not-Jumpluff aren't bad. The turtle is almost good if its head didn't look so much like a toy. I understand that it's gong for a bear trap look but the color scheme makes it look a lot worse. I bet if you change the color of the hinge to match the lower jaw, it'd be better.

The Gen 2 Pokemon at least look a bit more vague like monsters. These new ones are extremely safe and boring. It doesn't feel like there was any real thought or effort put into them at all.

The new sheep and the two flower things are great. The turtle and crow are okay, better than most recent Pokemon designs.
