Tooie > Kazooie imo.

It’s the perfect sequel, and feels ahead of its time. The worlds are so massive, it’s ALMOST open world. It’s like Rare was trying to do Odyssey before it was ever imagined.

Because most Stevefags are just salty cucks trying to get back at the people who laughed at them when their most wanted nobodies like Waluigi and B.Dee got btfo.

The way you had to take every transformation out of the level in order to unlock more of Grunty's Lair is something I miss from Kazooie.

Tooie is great but if two things it fucked up it's having Wumba in every level for the sake of it and a boring Overworld.

A thing I liked about tooie is how eerie the overworld felt, BK in comparison was such a fluffy kids game but BT had a shit load of adult themes and scary shit in it.

Getting to witchyworld and splitting for the first was such a cool moment.

Every transformation in the series is a context sensitive, glorified key. The t-rex isn't unique in that regard.

I will never understand the love hailfire peaks gets as a level. It's two one dimensional levels (fire side is fire and lava, hail side is snow and ice) that are stitched together (literally walk through one loading zone to go from the fire side to the hail side.)

It's just a neat concept for a level
Yeah freezy peak is a better snow level but it was still pretty cool for the time

I don't understand why it's neat. It's two one dimensional areas that happen to be the same level. It should have been three areas, with the snow and fire areas being substantially reduced, and a third area that explores mingling the two concepts together.

Also a third boss fight against both dragons at the same time would have been kino.

I can almost guarantee you if this fighter's pass was focused on 1st party characters, rather than 3rd party guests (as everyone is assuming it will be) Isaac would be at the front of the line.
It's not that the smash team is choosing one over the other, they're just trying to save as many of those fan-request characters as they can with the conditions provided. Why let go of both Isaac and Banjo when you have the option to save one of them?
