Save editor user here and I finally got Drivers working.

Level 6 is when you're at level 5 and hit max Affinity, though I don't think it's possible with an Utsuro Blade. You can see that his recharge gets worse if you level them up after level 1, only being potentially better for Stunned Swallow at level 6. The side effects will get better as will Heavenly Disrupt's damage, but Empty Moment actually gets weaker with each level.

Things to note
>Scenario flags range from 11001 to 11130, though 11008, 11036, and 11129 don't exist. The story ends at 11128, and 11130 is the game completion flag. 11008 and 11036 seem to have FEVs that correspond to them, but weren't tied to them.

bf = not sure what it stands for, but they typically correspond to story events
fev = F??? event, unvoiced cutscenes with speech bubbles
campfev = FEVs specifically made for campfire dialogue. It's all generally optional, but I included each point.
mv = specific events present in cutscenes that may not have been made in-engine, at least that's what I think. I'm not sure how to place most of these so some may be out of order. You'd have to watch the cutscene they're part of and interpret what happens in what order depending on the map locations.
The first two numbers correspond to the chapter (01/02/03... all the way up to 11 for Torna).
The next two numbers are kind of like the segment of the chapter.
The next number is 0.
The remaining three numbers are like small increases to the story, small enough they wouldn't be considered going past the chapter segment.
As an example, fev11670150
fev (non-voiced event), chapter 11 (Torna), a small increment into part 67.
There are three versions of Sever in the game.

The problem there is that XC2 is the best selling Xeno game ever. They're retaining Saito by hook or by crook, the art style is what made this game so receptive to artists in the first place.

XC2's success was determined by multiple factors. I won't deny that Saito's artstyle may have been an important factor, though. I just don't see that being a guarantee for him being the one chosen, although I can see him remaining at Monolith in some shape or form. Only time will tell.
XCX2 probably, since they'll likely alternate. I'd be fine if they dropped the fantasy game before anything, though.

/xgg/ originally died a few months after torna came out, because people pretty much agreed that they had nothing left to talk about. since then people have tried to revive it a couple of times, but whenever they've tried only the people who want to discuss the game normally move, while the aforementioned groups keeping it alive on just stay on Yea Forums and instead continue making threads. so it just ends up dying because there aren't enough people left to constantly keep it bumped. and the threads on Yea Forums barely ever get deleted, so the people that would put in that effort don't have any reason to want to move to a slower board.
