Why do so many people on Yea Forums hate Majora’s Mask now?

The people that like MM because it's "dark" and "deep" are retarded. The real reason why MM is so good is because each of the temples and boss fights (sans Twinmold) are excellent. On top of that the game is very character driven, each of the masks has a tragic story behind it that gets you invested in the story more. And of course the sidequests are easily the best in the series. The Couple's Mask in particular is a standout.

MM has horrible dungeons & Bosses, objectively the worst in the series aside from BOTW which literally rehashes the same exact designs every time

I love it. I generally prefer the 2D games, but it’s definitely one of my favorites.

Because Yea Forums is so painfully, pathetically contrarian, that they propped up the least popular Zelda game as their favorite, and when it became popular on Yea Forums to say that it was the best one, Yea Forums started to become contrarian to it's own opinion and, in doing so, ended up hating Majora's Mask again. The contrarians got so distracted by the screaming in the Yea Forums echo chamber that they forgot about the bigger picture.

It cannot be a black sheep if critics & normalfags were still obsessively circlejerking it nearly 7 years after its release. Nobody cared about Majora’s Mask & claiming it was one of the best Zelda’s was an unpopular opinion

This has always been the case although it's not exclusive to Yea Forums. Yea Forums is mostly shit for anime talk but it's 10/10 on Yea Forums, talking 'rasslin on Yea Forums is a pain but on Yea Forums it's legit great and so on.
