Depending on what the employee does, you have to remicro them back to mainrooms for healing because they don't get the tick of it in those corridors. Early on with Amber Dawn it will get agents murdered.
But yeah, usually it's a good idea to park agents in the corridors and you don't have to do anything for Violet Noon either. Also good to move both groups in Central down one floor every day(I don't corridor them and only them)

None of this is consistent with how I thought memory repos worked. I had just finished the second area of central but the popped me back to central with only 2 abnos. The dudes were all still dead, and again the mission was reset. I don't understand and I really fucking don't want to deal with the dusk mission again.

First 2 phases can easily be kited with ranged weapons, or if you're confidant, her attacks can be microed around using melee. For the 3rd phase, figure out who she's chasing and use elevators to keep that guy safe by kiting her around, then gank her when shes tired

I'm on day 40 and I've done all the upper level suppressions and tipereth in the mid level, the open quests I still have is "finish in the time limit #3" and "complete midnight ordeal".
On the bottom level I also have the quest "finish day with 4 ego gifts on one employee" which is gonna finish itself anyway so that's not a problem. Don't have any other rooms on this level yet.
Can I finish all the suppressions before the game ends from this point on?

Early on nothing much aside from meltdowns. However you gain barely any thing of worth training wise.(in terms of Gears and encyclopedia info you're correct)
Later on things called ordeals get added which will screw you over if you stay too long.
