it's not a zelda game, it's listed as a separate project on Monolith's website. And they are looking for different people. This game is listed as an experimental action IP with character customization and leveling systems and their also looking for people with more experience with action games and are familiar with western entertainment trends. Their Zelda game isn't looking for that stuff.

look on the pillars on the walls at the back, the hylian crest with triforce is there. Admittedly small, and hard to see, but there's no confusing that shame.
