Also, avoid Nelke at all costs, it's a mobile game priced like a AAA game, it's tedious and boring, not a real game.

You can play best Atelier games (Rorona, Meruru, Ayesha) on PS Vita.
PC is the second best choice, it doesn't have Dusk, but only Ayesha was good in Dusk.
PS4 is probably the worst option, as there are no good Atelier games on it. Nelke, Firis and, arguably, L&S are passable.
