It's still that way if you read the slides - the growth is being targeted for between FY2020/3 and FY2021/3, but they specifically state that they expect this when considering what they're showing at E3. The going assumption is that either 7R part 1 or Avengers will pop up in FY2020/4, with the other following some time in 2021.
Maybe only when they finally release that FF7 remake. If they were smart, then they'd have made a Front Mission game that actually IS a Front Mission game.

The mana collection was rated in Europe. Seiken Densetsu 3 coming west finally. I've already played it on emulator though.

It's definitely reaching but there's a couple of reasons for some people to believe it. They probably won't drop Disney worlds entirely, but it's pretty reasonable to assume that we'll get some Square worlds soon based on where the franchise is headed between Shibuya and that Versus 15 rumor.
