During the fight they exclusively aim their attacks at you but don't care if they accidentally hit the other, plus I think that when they attack the other when they're stunned it's to get them back in the fight, kind of like when you give a light tap to a stunned teammate in team battles but WAY more forceful because again, they don't give a fuck about the other's wellbeing.
