You can with the paid one, but I'm sure there are free options aswell. You basically set up an "emulated" version of the original switch OS where you can pirate everything you want, while also being able to boot up your legit version.

It's going really well as far as I can tell. I bought a jailbreaked Switch just earlier this week and I was able to download and boot up NSP files for newer releases like Katana Zero and Resident Evil 4 just fine.

Then he claimed that he got bored of developing it and that only pirates would use it so emunand was put on the backburner and now they're promising it to release it this year. You also don't need a dongle, just the license key is enough. The Switch hacking scene is a shitshow.
