Literally when?
Literally when?
sometime in the next decade maybe
2021
It’s going to be another several years. I would just forget about it.
Looks like botw with worse graphics desu, todd should be worried
22-22-2022 probably
Probably this. Bethesda said it's going to be quite some time before that shit goes out.
They probably felt they came close to something when they did the reveal. Then they fucked up badly and realized "oh shit we best put out something real fucking good this time if we want to survive". And if so, they're right. "Okay" won't do it with that game.
Hopefully never. It'll be a huge disappointment.
Elder scrolls 6
06 November 2023/24
It comes out when Todd gets his 4x the detail.
After Ps5 release
How badly will they fuck it up?
FUCK FUCK FUCK
Just thinking about this makes me so fuckin mad. We were supposed to get TES6 in 2016, obviously. Oblivion '06, Skyrim '11. Not only will it be 6-7 years late Bethesda has been putting out such shit product over the last years that it will probably be absolute bottom of the barrel niggershit.
still on the old engine right? I predict it's shit
>Bethesda has been putting out such shit product over the last years that it will probably be absolute bottom of the barrel niggershit
cool it with the racism
If Bethesda takes their time to make a new engine for the game to run on that ISN'T hot garbage, I'll think about buying it.
The game still has to be GOOD of course, but an entirely new engine is the the bare minimum requirement for purchase to even be on the table
same cross-game bugs, same console you type "tgm" in.
It's a long way off all you zoomers will be boomers by then
Post predictions on Todd's lies for ES6
>"Quadruple the quest lines!"
>600 fetch quests with no dialogue
fuck off you fucking faggot
buy more Skyrim
E3's a week away nigger
Already confirmed to be Gamebryo/Creation, albeit updated/janked up yet again
11/22/2022
They still have Starfield to release and after fallout 76 they’re probably going to go slow with ES6
>66 x the detail of skyrim 4
>juniper berry mead by the same company that fucked the nuka rum
I know. What I'm saying is that Todd lies all the time and he could very well look at public consensus and decide to make that confirmation just another one of his lies.
It would be a good lie though, a lie that brings the game somewhere more palatable.
God I hope so
cool it with the homophobic remarks
>same bugs
>further streamlining of mechanics
>maybe some settlement shit
I wonder if Fallout 76 was a much needed wake-up call, or just something they want to wait to blow over and disappear.
Is anyone actually excited for a new elder scrolls game? The game is going to be mediocre at best so I'm kinda hoping for FO76 levels of incompetence to at least get something out of it
I'm excited to see if they fill the gaps in between you picking butterflies, killing bandits, doing a quest, and then raiding a dungeon. There's dso much more they can fit in there and you saw glimpses of it in Skyrim. I hope they understand elder scrolls is their flagship and don't skip out on it like fallout.
I'll keep an eye on it when its released, but I don't have much hype for the franchise name alone anymore.
Granted, all they would really have to do to catch my attention again is show clear evidence of them simply putting more effort into unique and varied questlines again. I'm tired of big fantastical game maps just turning into an endless checklist of chores.
2022 at the earliest
2023 at least. Starfield will be released in 2020-2021, probably for the launch of the next gen consoles like they did with Oblivion.
>rocks
>rocks
>a bit of grass
>some ruins
>rocks
>a cliff
>rocks
This game already looks boring.
>We were supposed to get TES6 in 2016
Wrong.
I'd give anything for Morrowind and Oblivion tier guild structure and plot quality again
Also make it a fucking RPG again which they never ever will
They won't talk about it, Todd said it. They'll probably talk about Rage 2, some new DLC for Doom/Rage/Prey/whatever, perhaps a new mobile game. And a big update for F76. Starfield won't be there before 2020 at least (they said somewhere that they are already working with Microsoft and Sony for the next gen consoles).
>oblivion tier guild structure
>become the head of a massive organisation
>never have to set foot in the guild hall or interact with guild members ever again
yeah nah
I can't really remember what it was like for Morrowind since it has been so long, but it was probably along the same lines
Literally who cares, it'll be shit
It will come out when it's ready user now play Skyrim again
>using an old ass engine
gee idk
Im talking in the sense that a non mage can't rise in a house using magic, and structure in the sense you were sent to guild hubs all over the region to obtain contracts, not just talking to 1 npc, doing the quest, repeat
Morrowind great houses were GOAT too
oh, in that case I totally agree
that design was nice
a strong distinction between the guilds would be cool too
shit was just a last resort fan appeasement render they probably made a decade ago. It's not even in the conceptual stages yet
I think it will gradually become like No Man's Sky or FFXIV and most people will forget how bad it was.
Exactly
Being locked out of a path because of your choices too, unless you figure a backdoor route, it adds a lot for replay value (but they wont make it an actual RPG so they wont care) and it adds in rivalry between actual factions (Oblivion lacked this, but it at least added depth to the world by having other rival contractors in the plotline for fighters)
It makes everything a lot more living, it makes you feel a lot more involved
Like I liked having to travel across Cyrodiil in oblivion for each of the mage guild recommendations
2021 for Starfield
2023 for TES6
>unless you figure a backdoor route
imagine, being a warrior with rare, expensive, hard to make, enchanted rings that allow you to cast spells well above your ability and tricking the mages guild to let you in
only for it to fall apart near the end when they find out you can't cast advanced spells and the antagonist of their overarching quest-line succeeds
a man can dream
I really think it could be anytime from 2021 to 2031 and we have no way of knowing when in that timespan it will happen
Starfield needs to release first. Starfield is in 2020 at the earliest since Todd said he isn't sure whether it'll be really next gen exclusive or not, he said there's possibility of it being cross-gen.
Going by that, ES6 will definitely need a 4 year dev cycle since they want to knock it out of the park and haven't really done much so far, so after Starfield, we're looking at 2024 at the earliest, might even be 2025 all depending on when they push Starfield out.
