Your failure to understand reality is what's the problem in this thread. OP doesn't talk about the LC game. He isn't reminiscing. He actually wants to discuss when the sequel will be.

In which I, and some others as well, have reminded him that the LC and Juliet Starling that he liked, wouldn't survive in the current western vidya scene without at least some form of backlash. Unless if Grasshopper Manufacture primarily aims to release it in Japan. But that doesn't mean that it's style won't be susceptible to changes. We saw what happened with the "bulwark" of Japanese fanservice in DOA6 after all. No one is safe from them.
