The first two games, MW1 and 2, and BO1. That's just from what I can remember though, they probably haven't held up as well as I thought.

CoD4 through Black Ops 1 had really solid campaigns. World at War is weaker, but if you're into WW2 it does the Pacific Theater which is kinda neat. Modern Warfare 2 is like a mediocre military thriller that you might watch cause nothing else is on, it's entertaining but not particularly stellar in terms of raw quality

Subnautica would be fucking amazing if they didn't go with the cartoonish style and had a weather sometimes shown in OP's pic.
Subnautica isn't scary at all because you are seeing too much, everything bright, and everything is cartoonish.
I want to feel like the ocean is my enemy, let alone the creatures in it.

Raw Danger! for the PS2

The dead zone trail that the Aurora crashes on is scary as hell. Zero visibility, ground is flat with no cover, and a billion Reapers. But it's out of the way, and there's nothing of interest in it nor anything in the story that sends you in that direction.

Infinite warfare

It was so fabulous. Nowhere in the world like it. Now it's shrunk down to almost nothing.

Raw danger and disaster report were great.

1, UO, 2, 4. That's it. Don't play anything past that, it's all worthless trash.

Obduction has VR support--don't know if it's any good. I hoped Deracine would be the mysterious VR adventure game I've been wanting, but the gameplay and structure are pretty straight forward. Still liked it, just didn't reach its full potential

I forgot, I heard Big Red One on the PS2 was pretty good but I never played that one.

Yeah it had its scary moments and was an overall great game but it doesn't give you the "lost in the middle of the ocean" feeling at all. I would honestly buy the game again if they just redid all the textures to be more realistic and fiddled with the weather a bit. Also maybe add some vehicles to use above water like a raft.

No that's the Lost River I think, the one I'm talking about is called the Crash Site I think, and it's literally just the trail of the Aurora crashing and grinding along the seabed for however long. The cave is really nice though, good taste user.

How is the modern warfare remaster?
For the campaign only, I hear that MW is consistently considered the best one.
Fuck multiplayer.

I know they've made other games, but I want Myst. Its atmosphere can't be topped. Is Obduction even any good? I heard it ran really badly in VR.
