> Stretchmo World announced, featuring Papa Blox's wife as a new playable character. Her stages are Stretchmo of various real-world sculptures and statues. The other four characters all return with the same stage themes. Amiibo functionality in the form of 8-bit Stretchmo of the scanned character. Launches August 10th
> Astral Chain gets a story trailer showing off some of its supporting cast and combat. Cameo appearances of various Platinum characters are shown, and can even be fought in optional battles. Fights against 2B and Wonder Red are briefly shown
> Sizzle-real of third-party titles including Mario+Rabbids 2 (to be revealed at UbiSoft's event), Final Fantsy XIII collection, Doom Eternal, A Hat in Time, and more
> Luigi's Mansion 3: Ghastly Getaway is shown. E. Gadd has King Boo contained, but both are kidnapped by a mysterious figure (looks like a possessed Boswer). Mario is nowhere to be seen, Captain Toad and a Toad ghost who leads a gang of Boos act as Luigi's contacts. Launches September 27th
> Pikmin 4 logo reveal, teasing light-blue icy Pikmin. Will be released in 2020
> Cadence of Hyrule gets a brief new trailer, teasing Ganon. Releases right after the Direct
> Link's Awakening launches on October 11th for $39.99 - it is virtually a 1:1 remake with no new content
> "The Luminary" from Dragon Quest XI is announced for Smash Ultimate as part of the 4.0 update. Alternate costumes are shown for DQ8 hero, DQ4 hero, and Erdrick. The castle stage is shown but I'm not familiar enough with DQXI to say where it is. Final Smash is a group attack from other party members, who change depending on the selected alt's game. A detailed reveal of all the new 4.0 content is announced for June 19, with the 4.0 update launching on June 20th.
