Very small, the game is already Rated E by ESRB and their description mention no "suggestive themes" whatsoever, that means the trophy girls were fully erased or they aren't sex symbols anymore.

How did they even make into the original CTR to begin with? The whole reason Tawna got phased out from existence was due Naughty Dog getting some pushback from Universal about potential parent concerns on having a character based on Pamela Anderson, a sex symbol from the nineties, be in a children's game. Yet comes CTR and suddenly Naughty Dog keeps Tawna out but in her place brings in 4 of her equally sexually suggestive clones.

the n.sane trilogy has the same rating as nitro fueled and nowhere in the description does it mention anything about tawna, so the esrb must have been completely fine with how she appears
so all they'd have to do is make the trophy girls appear similar to her (an easy feat since they have tawna's model to work from) and there'd be no issue

After the N. Sane Tawna redesign I'm kinda interested to see how the trophy coots are handled.
