I was very fortunate to develop habit of drinking water in my youth. Playing sports in hot and humid Florida meant a single can of Soda would give me stomach aches and cramps from dehydration alone. I still haven’t kicked the habit of 2+ liters a day and thus I go to the bathroom more than most. I also am more sensitive to dehydration. I’ll get headaches I haven’t drank in a while.
