I'm only mentioning it because it has way better gameplay than I expected. Rather than have a failstate the game rates you on how fast you beat a stage, and obviously fatter girls have longer cooldowns. There's a lot of stats you need to keep track of, and learning the enemy layouts in each stage is likely required for S-Ranks. I'd play a game like this even without my fetish honestly.
