I find the scenes of coming back to see Olivia quite comfy.
Comfy occurs when one finds oneself in a position of safety/pleasure, while still being close to danger/undesirable circumstances. Hence why being indoors during rain, or being in bed while your partner is getting ready for work, is comfy.
Because of this, it's hard to find a game that's challenging and comfy; if it's challenging, you're probably going to be spending most of your time directly engaged in the danger, rather than separate from but close to it.
what's the best entry point for EO?
I was thinking of replaying this game recently, then I remembered those water levels and the sub levels as well. That alone makes me not want to play it again. 100%'ing those is annoying as hell.

If you want to start with 3ds go with 4 or if you're into more of a story go with the Untold remakes. If you want to start on regular DS go with 3
