I watched Medarot back in January and I'm watching Digimon Adventure right now and maybe it's nostalgia talking (I liked what little I saw of Medabots as a kid but I was a Digimon fanatic) but I think Digimon's better overall.
Peppercat's probably my favorite of the regular cast, though Cyandog is also great.

The only medabots game I played as a kid was AX Rokusho ver. Fucking loved that game though. I was always bummed out none of my friends had Metabee ver to complete all the medals and metaparts. I had a heavy collection of medabott figurines and tcg and watched the show when it was on. Man, I miss medabots.
