Probably some early pac-man or a NES game.

Gradius

Blood

Majesty the fantasy kingdom sim. Still play it from time to time

Quake 1 or RTCW desu

Idol Hakkenden

Dark Souls 2

Mega Man 3

super mario world

Old-ass original Dizzy game on ZX Spectrum
Zoomers these days don't know who Dizzy is or what Spectrum is

micro machines on the C64

Total War: Three Kingdoms

I have yet to enjoy a game.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3

The first games I truly love and fan still play are mostly from 1988, Dragon Warrior III being the earliest, but also other titles like SMB3.
Enjoyed, well, there are arcade classics and all that batch of 1986 in games.

Wing COmmander

Space Invaders

Hogan's Alley
It's definitely the reason I still enjoy modern light gun games at any arcade

Pac Man, Galaga, Robotron, Pole Position, all really enjoyable games

Tag, stone tossing, hide and seek
I don't know which one is oldest

Attached: 1528176326111.png (641x755, 789K)

Some game from Amiga 500, I think it was called something like "North vs South", it was pretty fun but I was like 5 at the time so I don't know if this counts

Probably the first Dragon Quest. But I wouldn’t say I loved it. Just kind of enjoyed the novelty of playing such a huge stepping stone in the eventual popularity of RPGs.

Dungeon Keeper

Attached: 220px-Dungkeep.jpg (220x266, 12K)

Super Mario Bros 1

Mappy via plug n' play, that also had Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Pole Position, and Xevious.

>People answering games from the 90s

Megaman 6

Spyro

Space Invaders

Asteroids?

Probably Sega Genesis stuff that wasn't Sonic. There's also megaman on the NES.

Unironically Mario NES.

"enjoyed" being part of the criteria sir

Ultima III: Exodus, released in 1983.
It got me into the entire series when I was like 6 years old. By the time I played it, 4 and 5 were out, and 6 was on the way.

super mario land 2

Haunted House

Jazz Jackrabbit
youtube.com/watch?v=mnnFFEStA3c

Tetris, it was one of the preloaded totles on my flip phone along with diner dash, a shmupbI can't remember and some sort of rpg.

source?

Pitfall!

Alley Cat.

1. Asteroids(1979)
2. Donkey Kong(1981)
3. Pitfall(1982)

Ranked in order of age.

Asteroids

Space Invaders, gonna sound like a massive zoomer here but a lot of Atari 2600 games are pretty shitty but Space Invaders nails down the fundamentals well

artist is pink ocean

All crash bandicoot/spyro games, and klonoa

There was some old game I used to have that was pretty cool.

Super Breakout? Old Atari is still here somewhere.

This. Space Invaders is a classic and was revolutionary in many ways. I was born 18 years after it came out and I still like it. Space Invaders Extreme is underrated.

Text games held up well. Roguelikes are fun. RPGs like Ultima are ok. A lot of older games depended on their novelty then and won't keep my attention long now.

Custer's Revenge '82

Attached: custer_s_revenge_i.jpg (500x629, 109K)

Crystalis

newfags

Attached: 220px-Zork_I_box_art.jpg (220x262, 22K)

Plenty of games I've played back in the day were fun as fuck, but replaying them today revealed just how much game design has improved from the hardcore NES days. Still, that would have to be mega man 2.

Probably Asteroids.
Don't really want to look up the exact date all those games were made back then.

Came out the year I was born.

Haha yeah dude you're so hardcore. NES games not named Mario or Zelda are trash, and anything before that is even more laughable trash. Oh wait you're an epic boomer poster I forgot you HAVE to be contrarian and say OLD GOOD otherwise you would get good boy points. Fuck off

Still love replaying this one. Arcade of course, the rest of the ports are shit including the NES version. Bullets were too fast, better music though.
