Nemesis being absolutely unsubtle in trying to get to you. Would even smash through walls all of a sudden to get to you. Would actively look for you and the moment he realizes you are close he'll meticulously look through every room, hallway, corner and even smash obstacles if he thinks you are hiding among them. However the moment he sees you, he will roar out S.T.A.R.S. and charge you like a rabies-ridden elephant on steroids. Not to mention in later segments smashing into your safe room and then punching you out through the door.

Also Nemmy being a troll doing things like:
-Finding your safe room and putting a doberman in the stash
-Setting up a whole minefield on the route you want to go through
-Changing the passwords in computers
-Leaving notes that he changed the password and telling you where to find the new one (and wait for you to ambush)
-Doing the same with random plot-moving items
-Leaving you notes on how you failed Raccoon City
-Having him drive vehicles (just to trying to crash into you)
-Going after you with an arsenal of weapons (missile launcher in the right, minigun in the left hand, and when both go dry, he pulls out a sawed-off shotgun if he ain't in the mood for running or tentacles)
-When his power-limiter suit is burned away, he actually says I MAD and wreck your shit with tentacles

Also add Nemesis mode where you play as Nemmy and go into fistfights with stuff that is slowing you to get to Jill. Including punching other Tyrants and BIRKIN along with a lot of G Spawns. And ANOTHER GIANT CROCODILE.

RE6's shooting and dodging mechanics brought back, you can keep limited ammo for survival horror purposes but RE3 is going to feel really weird without some sort of dodge.

They should put environmental stuff in that you can use against Nemesis, like shooting explosive barrels that he walks past or something.
Also this game should have a built in randomizer mode as a bonus. Maybe they can perfect randomization so you also get random spawns for these environmental traps against nemesis, and so he spawns in to attack you less predictably

I want them to ignore the horror (RE3 never had it anyway) and go full non-stop action like the 7th generation CODs.
