I got used to it but I was playing it like a Dark Souls and getting my ass raped by everything. Then I upgraded my stuff and the game became boring and easy.

I need time to digest the beta and think If I really should put a pre order for that €90 collector edition or not.

Now let's just see if The Surge 2 does a better job at scratching the itch for more Dark Souls or I should just wait for From to release the next game.

My complains can't be fixed.

I want this game to have Dark Souls level of architeture and level design, but it clearly won't have that and it's too late for them to change it.

I want the difficulty to be fair but challenging even for low level players, but that's impossible unless they nerf the enemy placement and aggro (some enemies are really fucking fast and will chase you all over the map), but doing that would probably change the whole flow of the game and make the dungeons too short and easy to explore.

I want not-Dark Souls and this is clearly what these guys were trying to do, but this ain't chief. But I'm sure I'm going to have fun with this game anyway.

Beat her on my second try. She's a good boss though, but I wish her and Queen's Knight would stop making the frame rate go lower than my self esteem whenever they wanna get crazy with their movesets

How do you beat the 2nd stage of the final boss? I kept getting killed. Though the assist player kept getting killed first due to them constantly trying to rush in to deal damage as quick as possible. I was level 53 btw.

all in all, fuck bamco release the game already

Having only played demon dark souls 1 and bloodborne and not finishing any of them to actually compare them but this is my take

Pro
game feels very responsive
graphics are nice
character creator is great (could be better)
some cutscenes to better layout the story instead of having to read item descriptions
there seem to be quite a variety of skills to learn in this game.
its easy to ask for help or help anyone without needing a special item to do so.
but can reskin your character at the hub.

Cons based on the demo
the map seems to be like in Demon Souls or Blood Borne where you go to a central hub and access the other worlds from there.
Your companion sometimes carries a big fucking weapon that blocks your view when you are running around and he/she is following close behind.
the HARD map while fun. was really small but packed with enemies and 4 bosses
the enemy AI can be atrocious as in, not spotting you 2 metres away
The lock on can be a bitch when dealing with fast moving enemies like those hell hounds that cross you up.
cant make boobs bigger nor completely flat, cant change the height of the character either.

I will. Hope they come out soon with it, I got some stuff to complain about but I am mostly pretty happy with the game.
